1. Assess & Survey

We bring together our expert team including interior decorations, landscapers, builders, and local estate agents, who can advise based on first-hand knowledge of what is working in the neighbourhood.

2. Your Home

What are your home’s strengths and how can they be maximised?

Who are your potential buyers, and which features and what level of specification are they looking for?

What are the points that may be dragging down your home’s value? Bathrooms in disrepair, a dated kitchen, clutter, poor lighting, unflattering wallpaper and decoration are some of the common problems. Which problems are more serious than others?

Which refurbishments represent the low-lying fruit in terms of cost and time-investment? Which refurbishments are more challenging and time consuming?

3. Your neighbourhood?

What is working really well in your neighbourhood?

What has no one thought of yet?

We analyse the data and bring together ideas and suggestions as to which refurbishments and construction works present the highest return of investment. We indicate to you the time and cost required for each work.

For qualifying projects, you can pay at the time of sale.

Our average internal refurbishments take between 1-3 weeks to complete. The time scales of construction works vary according to the degree of complexity.
